These Event Ticketing and Attendance Terms and Conditions, together with any event-specific rules, ticketing platform terms, waiver, release, privacy policy, venue rules, age restrictions, and any other policies referenced herein, govern the purchase, possession, use, transfer, resale, and redemption of any ticket, wristband, credential, table reservation, guest list confirmation, VIP package, or other access right to any event, experience, party, concert, club night, festival, showcase, private event, branded event, or related activity produced, promoted, hosted, co-hosted, presented, ticketed, marketed, or operated by or in connection with MTRNM.
By purchasing, holding, receiving, using, attempting to use, or transferring a ticket or credential, or by entering or attempting to enter an MTRNM event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MTRNM.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase a ticket and do not attend the event.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“MTRNM,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means The Enigma Group LLC d/b/a MTRNM, its affiliates, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, sponsors, partners, promoters, vendors, production companies, artists, talent buyers, hosts, photographers, videographers, security providers, venues, venue owners, venue operators, and event partners, as applicable.
“Event” means any event, experience, party, concert, club night, showcase, performance, activation, private gathering, branded event, festival-style event, dinner, afterparty, or related activity organized, hosted, promoted, co-promoted, produced, marketed, ticketed, or otherwise associated with MTRNM.
“Ticket” means any ticket, QR code, digital ticket, wristband, credential, table reservation, VIP access, guest list entry, invitation, pass, code, confirmation, or other access right.
“Ticket Holder,” “Attendee,” “you,” or “your” means any person who purchases, receives, holds, uses, attempts to use, transfers, or attends an Event using a Ticket or credential.
“Venue” means the physical location where the Event takes place, including all entrances, exits, queues, sidewalks, parking areas, VIP areas, backstage areas, restrooms, bars, tables, dance floors, terraces, rooftops, outdoor areas, and any surrounding or associated premises controlled by the Venue or used in connection with the Event.
2. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using a Ticket, attending an Event, or entering the Venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable event-specific terms, ticketing platform terms, Venue rules, security instructions, age policies, code of conduct, health and safety rules, and applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that any person to whom you transfer, gift, assign, or provide a Ticket is aware of and agrees to these Terms. If you purchase Tickets on behalf of others, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
MTRNM may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted or linked at the time of purchase, or otherwise made available prior to or at the Event, shall apply unless required otherwise by law.
3. All Sales Are Final
All Ticket sales are final.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by MTRNM in writing, Tickets, table reservations, VIP packages, add-ons, fees, deposits, upgrades, and any other Event-related purchases are:
- non-refundable;
- non-cancellable;
- non-returnable;
- non-exchangeable;
- non-transferable except as permitted by MTRNM or the applicable ticketing platform;
- not redeemable for cash;
- not eligible for credit toward any future event; and
- not subject to refund due to personal circumstances, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, failure to attend, denial of entry, removal from the Event, artist lineup changes, weather, delay, venue conditions, crowd size, music volume, set times, production changes, or any other reason not expressly approved by MTRNM in writing.
For clarity, MTRNM does not provide refunds because an Attendee changes their mind, cannot attend, arrives late, leaves early, is denied entry, is removed, loses their Ticket, purchases the wrong Ticket, purchases duplicate Tickets, experiences transportation issues, experiences travel delays, fails to meet age or identification requirements, violates these Terms, violates Venue rules, or is dissatisfied with any aspect of the Event.
4. Limited Legal Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any non-waivable rights that may apply under applicable law.
If applicable law requires a refund, credit, or other remedy despite these Terms, MTRNM will provide only the minimum remedy required by law and only to the extent required by law.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by MTRNM in writing:
- postponed Events are not cancelled Events;
- rescheduled Events are not cancelled Events;
- venue changes are not cancellations;
- artist, DJ, performer, host, sponsor, or lineup changes are not cancellations;
- changes to set times, opening hours, closing times, event format, room configuration, table layout, VIP areas, production elements, sound systems, lighting, visuals, vendors, or programming are not cancellations;
- weather-related changes, delays, or operational modifications are not cancellations; and
- temporary interruptions, reduced operating time, capacity limitations, or partial closures do not entitle you to a refund.
Where a refund is legally required, the refund may exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, non-refundable service fees, transaction fees, processing fees, payment fees, delivery fees, insurance, optional add-ons, third-party charges, and any other amounts not retained by MTRNM.
5. Event Cancellation, Postponement, Rescheduling, or Modification
MTRNM reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, delay, interrupt, modify, or end an Event.
This may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- weather;

- labor disputes;
- security threats;
- public health issues;
- capacity restrictions;
- power outages;
- natural disasters;
- acts of God;
- terrorism or threats of terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- fire;
- flood;

- or any circumstance beyond MTRNM’s reasonable control.
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, your Ticket will remain valid for the new date, time, and/or location, unless MTRNM determines otherwise in writing.
MTRNM has no obligation to reimburse you for any travel, accommodation, transportation, food, beverage, clothing, preparation, opportunity cost, lost wages, lost business, or other expenses incurred in connection with the Event, regardless of whether the Event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, delayed, modified, or ended early.
6. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
Ticket prices, table prices, VIP prices, fees, and availability may change at any time without notice.
MTRNM may use dynamic pricing, tiered pricing, early-bird pricing, limited-release pricing, promotional pricing, complimentary tickets, guest list allocations, influencer allocations, partner allocations, artist allocations, and other pricing or access strategies.
You are not entitled to a refund, credit, price adjustment, or compensation if:
- a lower-priced Ticket becomes available after your purchase;
- another Attendee receives a complimentary or discounted Ticket;
- a promotional code becomes available after your purchase;
- Ticket prices decrease;
- Ticket prices increase;
- VIP or table pricing changes;
- additional inventory is released;
- the Event does not sell out; or
- the Event sells out after you purchase.
Any mandatory fees should be disclosed clearly before checkout where required by law. U.S. live-event ticketing rules now require clearer up-front disclosure of total prices and mandatory fees in covered circumstances.
7. Ticketing Platforms and Third-Party Sellers
MTRNM may use third-party ticketing platforms, payment processors, promoters, guest list systems, or resale platforms.
Your purchase may also be subject to the terms, fees, privacy policy, refund policy, dispute process, and technical rules of the applicable ticketing platform or payment processor.
MTRNM is not responsible for:
- platform outages;
- payment errors;
- duplicate purchases caused by user error;
- failed emails;
- lost confirmations;
- spam-folder issues;

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a third-party platform’s terms, MTRNM’s Terms govern the relationship between you and MTRNM to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Unauthorized Resale, Scalping, and Fraud
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, assigned, auctioned, raffled, bundled, or used for commercial, promotional, advertising, sweepstakes, or contest purposes without MTRNM’s prior written consent.
MTRNM may cancel, invalidate, refuse, or seize any Ticket that MTRNM believes, in its sole discretion, has been:
- fraudulently obtained;
- purchased with a stolen payment method;
- purchased through bots or automated systems;
- resold above face value;
- resold through unauthorized channels;
- duplicated;
- counterfeited;
- transferred in violation of these Terms;
- used for unauthorized promotions;
- associated with a chargeback;
- or otherwise obtained in violation of law or these Terms.
No refund will be issued for cancelled, invalidated, refused, or seized Tickets in these circumstances.
9. Risk of Loss
You are responsible for safeguarding your Ticket.
MTRNM is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, copied, misdirected, deleted, transferred, or inaccessible Tickets.
A Ticket may be scanned only once. If your Ticket has already been scanned, copied, transferred, or used, MTRNM may deny entry without refund.
10. Age Restrictions and Identification
Events may be subject to age restrictions, including but not limited to 18+, 21+, or other age requirements depending on the Event, Venue, city, state, country, alcohol service rules, insurance requirements, and applicable law.

Admission is subject to:
- age verification;

12. Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry is not guaranteed.
MTRNM and the Venue may prohibit re-entry entirely or may allow re-entry only at their discretion.
If you leave the Venue, you may be required to wait in line again, undergo additional screening, or be denied re-entry due to capacity, safety, security, or operational considerations.
No refund will be issued if you leave and cannot re-enter.
13. Dress Code and Door Policy
Certain Events may have a dress code, aesthetic standard, door policy, guest list policy, or VIP/table admission policy.
MTRNM and the Venue reserve the right to deny entry or remove any Attendee who does not comply with the applicable dress code, door policy, or event standard.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, MTRNM may refuse admission or service to any person whose attire, conduct, condition, behavior, or presentation is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, offensive, intoxicated, non-compliant, or inconsistent with the Event.
No refund will be issued if you are denied entry or removed due to dress code, door policy, conduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with instructions.

No refund will be issued.
17. Alcohol Service
Alcohol may be available at certain Events only to persons legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol.
You agree to comply with all alcohol laws, Venue policies, bartender decisions, security instructions, and ID requirements.
MTRNM and the Venue reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any person at any time, including any person who appears intoxicated, impaired, underage, aggressive, disruptive, or unable to safely consume alcohol.
You are solely responsible for your own alcohol consumption and behavior.
You agree not to:

In such circumstances, MTRNM may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or end the Event without liability, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
45. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, municipal, provincial, national, and international laws, regulations, ordinances, orders, and rules.
This includes laws relating to:
- alcohol;
- drugs;
- age restrictions;
- public safety;
- disorderly conduct;
- harassment;
- assault;
- weapons;
- photography and recording;
- privacy;
- intellectual property;
- ticket resale;
- and payment fraud.
Violation of law may result in removal, denial of entry, cancellation of Tickets, reporting to authorities, and legal action.
46. Right to Remove or Ban
MTRNM, the Venue, and security personnel reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any person at any time for any reason permitted by law, including but not limited to:
- violation of these Terms;
- violation of Venue rules;
- intoxication;
- drug use;
- aggression;
- harassment;

MTRNM may also ban any person from future MTRNM Events.
No refund will be issued.
47. Event-Specific Rules
Each Event may have additional rules, terms, disclaimers, age restrictions, dress codes, entry instructions, table policies, health requirements, or Venue-specific requirements.
Event-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and Event-specific rules, MTRNM may determine which rule applies, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
48. No Waiver
MTRNM’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MTRNM.
49. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.
The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
50. Assignment
MTRNM may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without MTRNM’s prior written consent, except as expressly permitted through an authorized Ticket transfer process.
51. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in Event-specific terms, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [California / Delaware / New York / Insert Preferred Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For MTRNM, you may want to choose the jurisdiction tied to the operating company and counsel’s advice. If The Enigma Group LLC is currently California-based, California may be the cleanest default. If you are moving the structure to Delaware, you may want counsel to decide whether Delaware, California, or event-location-specific terms make the most sense.
52. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal claim, you agree to first contact MTRNM at [Insert Email] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, a Ticket, or an Event shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert County and State], unless MTRNM elects arbitration or unless applicable law requires another forum.
Optional stronger version:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, a Ticket, or an Event shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [AAA/JAMS] in accordance with its applicable rules. You and MTRNM waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Use the arbitration version only after attorney review, especially if you are selling tickets internationally.
53. Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and MTRNM agree that any dispute shall be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action.
No arbitrator or court may consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding unless required by applicable law.
54. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Event-specific terms, ticketing platform terms, Venue rules, waivers, privacy policy, and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and MTRNM regarding Tickets and Event attendance.
They supersede all prior or contemporaneous statements, representations, advertisements, communications, or understandings relating to the subject matter.

NEW YORK CITY JUNE 20TH 2026 Boarding Dock Arrival Policy
MTRNM New York City Event — June 20, 2026
All guests must arrive at the designated boarding dock no later than 6:45 PM on Saturday, June 20, 2026.
Any guest arriving after 6:45 PM will be considered a late arrival and admission will be subject to capacity, operational restrictions, boarding status, vessel/venue rules, security procedures, and MTRNM’s sole discretion.
A ticket, table reservation, guest list confirmation, RSVP, or VIP credential does not guarantee entry for late arrivals. If the event, vessel, venue, boarding area, or applicable section has reached capacity, if boarding has closed, or if the guest cannot be safely or operationally admitted, MTRNM and/or venue staff may deny entry.
No refunds, credits, exchanges, chargebacks, or compensation will be provided for late arrivals, including but not limited to guests who arrive after 6:45 PM and are denied entry due to capacity, closed boarding, venue restrictions, security protocols, operational limitations, or any other event-related reason.
Guests are solely responsible for planning their transportation, accounting for traffic, rideshare delays, parking, weather, lines, ID checks, security screening, and any other circumstances that may affect timely arrival.
By purchasing a ticket, reserving a table, joining the guest list, or attending the event, each guest acknowledges and agrees that arrival after 6:45 PM is at their own risk and may result in denied entry without refund.
